COROSYS met sur le marché des robots organiques anthropomorphes
appelés les corollaires. Au départ conçus pour être des soldats, les
corollaires vont bientôt devenir des assistants personnels que chacun
peut acheter pour le remplacer dans les diverses tâches de la vie
quotidienne. Petit à petit les corollaires vont même être recrutés
pour occuper des métiers délaissés par les humains de cette nouvelle
société : serveur, ripeur, prostitué, …
In the 2050s, after a wave of civil war in
Europe, the Russian firm COROSYS brings to market anthropomorphic
organic robots called Corollarians. Initially designed to be soldiers,
the corollarians will soon become personal assistants that everyone

BIO
Né en 2016, le groupe Dusk of Delusion rassemble des membres de
formations lorraines (Akroma, Forsaken World, La Horde, Elvaron et
RedLine) autour d'une volonté commune de retrouver la scène en y
proposant une musique directe et énergique. Rapidement après les
premiers concerts (dont la première partie de Blazing War Machine avec
Franky Costanza), Dusk of Delusion sort son premier album intitulé
(F)unfair sur le label Fantai’Zic. Le concept du disque repose sur le
thème des fêtes foraines du 19ème siècle où chaque stand se révèle
être un miroir cynique de notre société moderne. L’album sera défendu
lors d’une tournée de 35 dates qui se terminera en première partie de
Mass Hysteria à l'Autre Canal de Nancy en novembre 2019. Les
prestations scéniques du groupe sont saluées de toutes parts par le
public et la critique.
En mars 2020, Dusk of Delusion
sort un deuxième album : Watch Your 6. Dans ce nouvel opus, l'Histoire
avec un grand H est un élément clé. Watch Your 6 nous emmène sur les
chemins de la première guerre mondiale pour nous raconter des
histoires de vies de soldats, de civils, d'hommes ou de femmes,
français, anglais, allemands ou russes qui racontent leur expérience
du conflit et les sentiments qui les traversent.
En mars 2021, un EP intitulé
World at War prolonge ce concept historique avec 5 chansons.
Ne s'arrêtant pas en route et
fort de la signature récente avec le label lorrain Metal East, le
groupe prépare un nouvel album : COrollarian RObotic SYStem. Les
chansons quittent ici le passé et nous emmènent dans un futur
dystopique sombre et inquiétant où après un conflit armé en Europe,
l’entreprise COROSYS inonde le monde de ses "Corollaires" : des robots
anthropomorphes qui deviennent rapidement la lie de cette nouvelle
société. Enregistré, mixé et masterisé au Boundless Studio, cet album
conceptuel ambitieux se base sur une nouvelle spécialement écrite pour
l’occasion par Benoit Guillot avec lequel Dusk Of Delusion prendra une
nouvelle dimension grâce à une identité sonore plus audacieuse, à la
fois mélodique et catchy, mais aussi écorchée et chirurgicale.
Aujourd’hui
DUSK OF DELUSION présente sa nouvelle offrande : Try Your Freedom. EP
conceptuel, suite logique du précédent album COrollarian RObotic
SYStem paru en 2022, la science-fiction des “corollaires” continue
d'inspirer le groupe qui prolonge l'effort un an après la sortie de
l'album principal. Avec ces 6 nouveaux titres, DUSK OF DELUSION plonge
encore plus dans les tréfonds du monde dystopique des corollaires en
explorant de nouvelles facettes de cette société futuriste ; parfois
inquiétantes, souvent très sombres mais toujours typiques de la marque
de fabrique et de l’identité sonore du groupe.
Born in 2016, the band Dusk of
Delusion gathers members of various French bands (Akroma, Forsaken
World, La Horde, Elvaron and RedLine) around a common will to get back
on stage by playing a direct and energetic music. Quickly after the
first gigs (including opening for Blazing War Machine), Dusk of
Delusion releases its first album entitled (F)unfair on the label
Fantai'Zic. The concept of the record is based on the theme of 19th
century funfairs where each showroom turns out to be a cynical mirror
of our modern society. The album will be defended during a 35-date
tour that will end as the opening act for Mass Hysteria at the Autre
Canal in Nancy in November 2019. The stage performances of the band
are praised by all sides by the public and the critics.
In March 2020, Dusk of Delusion releases a second album: Watch Your 6.
In this new opus, History with a capital H is a key element. Watch
Your 6 takes us on the paths of the First World War to tell us stories
of soldiers' lives, civilians, men or women, French, English, German
or Russian who tell their experience of the conflict and the feelings
that run through them.
In March 2021, an EP entitled World at War extends this historical
concept with 5 songs.
Unstoppable and strengthened by the recent record deal with the French
label Metal East, the band will release a new album : COrollarian
RObotic SYStem. The songs here leave the past and take us to a dark
and disturbing dystopian future where after an armed conflict in
Europe, the COROSYS company floods the world with its "Corollarians":
anthropomorphic robots that quickly become the dregs of this new
society. Recorded, mixed and mastered at the Boundless Studio, this
ambitious conceptual album is based on a short story specially written
for the occasion by Benoit Guillot with whom Dusk Of Delusion will
take a new dimension thanks to a more audacious sound identity, at the
same time melodic and catchy, but also raw and surgical.
Today DUSK OF
DELUSION present their second offering: Try Your Freedom. Conceptual
EP, logical sequel to the previous album COrollarian RObotic SYStem
released in 2022, the sci-fi of the "Corollarians" continues to
inspire the band. With these 6 new tracks, DUSK OF DELUSION goes even
deeper into the dystopian world of Corollarians, exploring new aspects
of this futuristic society; sometimes disturbing, often very dark, but
always typical of the band's trademark sound identity.
